Sibby's Organic Zone Ice Cream Parlor Cafe, featuring soft-serve Sibby's Organic Ice Cream!  We take ultra-fresh ice cream, hand-made by Sibby and mix in amazing ingredients.  Sibby's formulation is a balance between frozen custard, gelato and premium ice cream!  WOW!  Many have said it's simply the 'best ice cream' they've ever had.

We make the ice cream minutes from the parlor... adjacent to organic farms and creameries....  Our ice cream is made from nearby milk sources and as is fresh as it comes.  From the happy organic cows to the pristine aquifers...  This Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin perhaps the perfect place to make ice cream. 

MENU:  Scoop and Soft-serve fresh-made organic ice creams, hand-made waffle cones and a selection of heavenly toppings.  We also serve up the best espresso and coffee in the area... fair-trade and locally roasted... cappuccinos, frappuccinos, lattes, protein drinks, yerba mate, teas, chai, great sodas, malts, sundaes, and float.  If you're hungry we have steamed hot dogs, a local, all-organic pizza, rice & beans soulfood stews, and other delights.  And to quench your thirst, Oz stocks a fabulous selection of beverages including micro-brewed beers and local wines.  Ya, let's party!

At Oz we strive to be carbon neutral, green, clean and pristine.  We offset most of our carbon generation with acres of virgin forest on the Sebion farmstead; we use only bio-compostable to-go-ware made from renewables like sugarcane and corn; Sibby's hopes to be run 100% on renewable energy in the near future.
