     We make the ice cream minutes from the parlor... adjacent to organic farms and creameries....  Our ice cream is made from nearby milk sources and as is fresh as it comes.  From the happy cows to the pristine aquifers...  This Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin perhaps the perfect place to make ice cream.

• Scoop and Soft-serve fresh-made Sibby's Homestead Ice Creams, hand-made waffle cones and a selection of heavenly toppings, many from area ingredients.  Floats, Malts, Shakes, Blenders, Splits, Sundaes.
• If you're hungry we have truly magnificent daily specials made from scratch with local and/or organic ingredients.  Cafe Oz is fortunate to have the Saturday morning Viroqua Farmer's Market steps away in the adjacent Viroqua Public Market!  Our chefs blissfully shop the farmstands, then craft the week's menu with what's fresh and on hand!  Who get's to do that!  Menu items include soups, salads, burgers, Italians, quiche, steamed hot dogs (winner best wieners in Wisc!) , a local, all-organic pizza, rice & beans soulfood stews, killer pies, sweet rolls, and so much more  
• The best espresso and coffee in the area... fair-trade and locally roasted... cappuccinos, frappuccinos, lattes, mochas, protein drinks, yerba mate, teas, chai, great sodas.

At Oz we strive to be carbon neutral, green, clean and pristine.  We offset most of our carbon generation with acres of virgin forest on the Sebion farmstead; we use only bio-compostable to-go-ware made from renewables like sugarcane and corn; Sibby's hopes to be run 100% on renewable energy in the near future.
